Dr. Melanie Raczkiewicz works with individuals and teams to help them identify and intentionally leverage opportunities while building their confidence to try new strategies designed to elevate their work and enhance their professional capacity to lead. With an extensive knowledge of effective teaching strategies, a broad perspective of curriculum, and a sophisticated awareness of successful organizational patterns, she skillfully motivates others toward common goals that result in providing the best possible educational experiences for all students.

With 35 years of experience in the profession, Dr. Raczkiewicz most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and Associate Superintendent in Naperville School District 203 where she worked closely with the Superintendent of Schools and Board of Education to maximize the potential of the ninety-six member EC-12 administrative team. Prior to that, Dr. Raczkiewicz was the Chief Academic Officer in St. Charles School District 303 charged with leading a multi-year initiative to create a dynamic and sustainable system for continuous improvement. She also served as the Assistant Superintendent for Elementary and Secondary Education, providing effective supervision, development, and evaluation to a team of seventeen K-12 principals. Dr. Raczkiewicz started her administrative career as an assistant principal in Naperville and then joined Villa Park School District 45 as an elementary principal prior to accepting a position as elementary principal in St. Charles. Her teaching career included positions as elementary classroom teacher, learning center director, and curriculum resource specialist.

Dr. Raczkiewicz received a Doctorate of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University in Chicago.
