Gail Tolbert

Gail Tolbert, Senior Consultant for Consortium for Educational Change is working as on site/ lead partner consultant on a SIG (School Improvement Grant) Team. She also provides Danielson-based teacher and evaluator training and supports schools in school improvement and restructuring efforts.

She has worked in public education for over 20 years as an elementary and special education teacher, elementary principal. as a consultant she has planned and delivered professional learning, supports collaborative work, coaches leaders, facilitates group work, and has implemented and utilized web based content management systems in districts.
